Olde Tyme Sugar Cookie Recipe:
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Stick Butter
1/2 cup Shortening
2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix ingredients well and roll out until dough is thin
Use your favorite Boston Mountain
Copper Cutter, bake at 325 degrees for about 7 min. or until edge is slightly brown (ovens vary, watch first batch), and
order more cutters!
